Why do you do what you do?  Every day, all of us have to make lots of little choices. We hope that they live up to what we think our values, but we all know that it doesn't always happen the way we want it to.

Anyway, enough with the serious stuff.  This game can be adapted to suit all ages and all attention spans.

Goal: The point of this Peulah is to teach the children about peer pressure, not because it has anything to do with the parsha necessarily. You should talk about peer pressure while at the same time stressing the importance of

Israel and other things. If you don’t know how to, just make something up the kids will have no idea.

Goals:

The chanichim should understand Yehoshua’s strengths as a leader and how he differed from Moshe.

The chanichim should understand the challenges Yehoshua faced leading the Jews during the transition period from life in the Midbar to life in Eretz

Israel.

- החניך/תלמיד ילמד את סיפור חנוכה ואת הסיבות שאנו חוגגים דווקא את נצחון חג החנוכה?

- החניך/תלמיד יבין את המשמעות של הניצחון של המכבים על היוונים ואת מוסר ההשכל הנלמד מן הנצחון.
