Teach about the Takanot of Rabbeinu Gershom

Goals: Teach about the Mussar Movement, Lashon Hara, the Chafetz Chaim, and some of his books.

מטרה: התלמיד יבין את משמעות ההבטחה האלוקית, למרות שישנם הרבה קשיים בארץ, ולמרות שלכאורה נראה שעדיף לא להתיישב כאן, זאת הארץ המובטחת! ולכן גם אם יש קשיים הם נובעים ממהלך אלוקי בלתי מובן, אך אנו מאמינים שהוא לטובתנו.

Goals: Teach about the rise of the Reform Movement in Jewish History, and the Orthodox response, focusing on the role of Rav Hirsch.
