Goal:  To examine the processes by which we chose leaders, both officially and on a day-to-day, informal basis.  To evaluate some of the characteristics that we look for in leaders and ways that we discern those traits in others.   

Que los janijim entiendan que para ayudar a los demás no siempre hace falta dejar de lado las cosas de uno, y se puede, a veces, arreglarse mejor, ya que las dos partes se ven beneficiadas.

Goal:  The chanichim should understand the role that the Jewish community plays in fighting assimilation. They should understand which aspects of it are most important and why. They should also see how serious the problem of assimilation is and determine ways we can fight it.
