פעולת אמצע שבוע

קהל יעד- נבטים- מעלות (10-13)

רקע:

לכבוד יום הולדת לתנועה נערוך את הפעולה כמסיבת יום הולדת.

נתלה בחדר בלונים שבתוכם יהיו כתובות משימות , נשמיע ברקע את שירי בנ"ע , נקשט את החדר בכרזות, חולצת תנועה ואביזרים נוספים של בנ"ע...

מטרת הפעולה:

 להכיר על קצה המזלג את ההיסטוריה של בנ"ע, משמעות הסמל.

יום הולדת זו הזדמנות מצוינת לחשבון נפש, לימוד על ההיסטוריה ומבט אל העתיד..

*לפני הפעולה נחלק הזמנות (נספח 1) – "בחן את עצמך".

ליובל- בשבטים שלא מתאים, נחלק מראש את ההזמנה בלבד.

Objetivo:

Que los participantes entiendan cómo se ejerce el liderazgo aplicado a la coordinación de equipos de trabajo; que conozcan las herramientas esenciales que permiten crecer a un grupo, produciendo resultados.

Goal: That the Chanichim will understand the importance of preserving and standing for our ideals and uniqueness as individuals and a nation, and see the connection to the “Mityavnim” –the Jews that assimilated with the Greeks.
