To discuss perfection in relation to Shlomo’s reign

Goal:

To discuss the purpose and accomplishments of the religious kibbutzim in settlement and security during the founding of the State and since, combination of technology and halacha, and social contributions.

Objective: This is a period of time so super infused with Jewish history that it is hard to find a main focal point. Unfortunately the chanichim are not going to want to sit through a three hour lecture about the rise of Christianity, the beautification of the Bayt HaMikdash and other important issues. Aims OF Peula:

·        To learn that there is a security fence and its purpose

·        To understand that

Israel has a right to defend itself and has a deep caring for human life

·        To realise that

Israel has been singled out unfairly

Goal:

To present a picture of Eretz Yisrael 100 years ago in terms of the desolate state of the land and the small size and concentration of the Jewish population.  This description should serve as a backdrop to the future discussions on reclaiming and  rebuilding the Land of Israel.

Goal:

To illustrate an accomplishment of the chalutzim, with a tie-in to the Bnei Akiva members who played a part in settling Birya.

Objective

 The objective of this peulah is to give kids an understanding of the years leading up to the churban. Chances are the chanichim do not know too much about this time period. Points to be discussed 

The split between Judah and the rest of

Israel.

The various kings that ruled.

The reign of Hezekiah, his trouble with Sennacherib, and his water supply for

Jerusalem.

Menasseh, the idol worshipping king of

Judah.

While understanding the history of the time is the main objective of this peulah the game will try to demonstrate how the split in

Israel was bad for the Jewish people
