Israel, and of course to have fun!!

TYPE:  Active

A circle on the floor is needed

A circle is made on the floor large enough to hold all of the members.  Everyone enters the circle and tries to force everyone else out.  As soon as a player puts any part of his body outside of the circle, he is eliminated.  The last player to remain wins.

Goal:

Explore implications of community commitment at an age when most Israelis are going into the army. Validate different approaches and attitudes. Create a sense of shared destiny.

Outline:

Use of a new selection of roles from the Diaspora; closed response options and interpretation of their significance.

Goal:  The chanichim should understand the role that the Jewish community plays in fighting assimilation. They should understand which aspects of it are most important and why. They should also see how serious the problem of assimilation is and determine ways we can fight it.
