Goal:

To present a picture of Eretz Yisrael 100 years ago in terms of the desolate state of the land and the small size and concentration of the Jewish population.  This description should serve as a backdrop to the future discussions on reclaiming and  rebuilding the Land of Israel.

The Sticker Song: A Peulah based on the Bumper Sticker song by HaDag Nachash.

Goal: Through discussing the different bumper stickers portrayed in the song, and their underlying messages, the hanikhim will come to a greater understanding of the divides between different groups in Israeli society today.

The goal of this Peula is to impart to the chanichim the message that history is a relevant part of today. We do not only go to visit famous locations and graves in

Israel for their historic significance. Rather, each place has an important impact on and relevance to our lives today.

Show the chanachim different sides in the Israeli character.Have them understand that being Israeli is very different and a betetr life style.

Goals: To refresh the chanichim's memory about Tu B'Shvat

to continue our focus on Tu B'shvat

Review some of the basic parts of the Israeli Army; Stress the impact that Tzahal has on every Jew.

Object: To get the Chanichim to realize that Halacha and Kaballah are not two polar opposites but they both work together to create the bigger picture of practicing Judaism. This is how we can approach a place like Tzefat which is so well known for both its Halachik and Kabalistic giants.

Israel’s water crisis: the beauty behind Am Yisrael’s dependency on Hashem for rain and how we must do our part too.

Goal:

To define the historical role of the "chalutz" (pioneer) in the rebuilding of Eretz Yisrael and to discuss the new focus and  character required of the Jews returning to the Land of Israel, as personified in the chalutz.

The chanichim will understand the why it is important to have a flag.The chanichim will know that what’s behind what eyes can see is more important
