Group Dynamics

Goals:

The chanichim will understand that a group is much more powerful than an individual when to establish change in the world.

The chanichim will understand that a group that wants to promote an idea needs rules.

·      To get people to be nicer to each other

·      To realise that it isn’t just a nice idea to be nice to each other but so much more

·      To learn that without loving yourself first there is no mitzvah

This Peulah is going to show the importance of a kevutzah, a group through three different games. 

to teach the chanachim the importance of kvutza and working as a  team.

get to know the chanichim & madrichim

To teach the chanachim about peer pressure and how not to succumb.

To teach the chanachim more about Ben Adam L'Chavera and specifically teamwork.

Goal: The point of this Peulah is to teach the children about peer pressure, not because it has anything to do with the parsha necessarily. You should talk about peer pressure while at the same time stressing the importance of

Israel and other things. If you don’t know how to, just make something up the kids will have no idea.

Proving to the chanichim that we should be “all for one and one for all” and that working together is usually the best solution.

Teach the chanachim how to work together effectively.

Teach the chanachim about teamwork and the benefits of working together
