Group Dynamics

Goal: to teach the kinderlach more about Ben Adam l’chavero and specifically teamwork. Sure one or two people can make or break a team but that’s not the point and we don’t want them finding that out for at least two or three years. Most of it is gonna be games that they can play and the message of those games is teamwork. If the kids aren’t bright enough to understand the game at least make sure they understand the message.

To show how important it is to work together and to help fellow colleagues in hard times and in good times.

To demonstrate that the little things we do actually matter. (Kiddush Hashem etc.)

Objective: This is a period of time so super infused with Jewish history that it is hard to find a main focal point. Unfortunately the chanichim are not going to want to sit through a three hour lecture about the rise of Christianity, the beautification of the Bayt HaMikdash and other important issues. Goals: respecting other people who are different from ourselves

מטרת הפעולה- שהחניך יבין את חשיבותה של עבודת הצוות, יהיה רגיש לצורכי הקבוצה ויפנים את חשיבות תרומתו האישית בגיבוש קבוצה.

מטרות:

1. לעמוד על חשיבותן של תחושת שייכות ויכולת הידברות התורמות לצמצום  אלימות.

2. להביא למודעות את חשיבותם של כללי התנהגות ברורים המצמצמים התנהגות אלימה.

מטרת הפעולה: החניך יבין ויפנים את חשיבות המעשים הקטנים כי המעשים והפרטים הקטנים הם אלו שבונים את השלם.

מטרת הפעולה-

*החניך יבין את צורת ההתיישבות המיוחדת בארץ ישראל שנקראת קיבוץ.

*לימוד חשיבות ערך שיתוף הפעולה.

מטרה: להעביר את משמעות הקבוצה החזקה והטובה – שמירה על הייחודיות של הפרט ביחד עם אחדות של כולם, ועזרה הדדית.
