To make the chanichim aware of caring for their closet circle

To help the chanich identify what values he cares about most.

To Give the chanichim the opportunity to see things from different points of view.

Teach the chanichim to respect and learn from other people.

To show how it feels like to be different.

To learn to accept people and treat them with respect.

ok guys, here it is!!!!!!  This week we'll be doing something really cool about respecting other people who are different from ourselves (but of course, the catch is.... we're all different, but we'll get to that later).

Goal

The chanichim will understand the importance of giving to others not only when it’s comfortable and easy for them but also when it’s hard and they need to sacrifice of ourselves for others.

Explore some of the halachot of Kavod, and gain an understanding for them

A story for Pessach

In this peula we are going to simulate a chalutz’s attempt to live in

Israel in the 1800’s. The kids will face the same trials and tribulations that the early settlers felt, and they will have to deal with those situations.
