About Bnei Akiva

Introduce the chanichim to Bnei Akiva – what the tnua is, what it stands for, etc.

Goals: Introduce the chanichim to Bnei Akiva –what the tnua is, what it stands for, etc. Through a combination of different kinds of games, we will acquaint the chanichim with various important aspects of Bnei Akiva, which will help them understand more of what we’re all about and help them to become better chaverim in our tnua. There are many peulot here, so it is possible to pick and choose which will be best, or even cover this material in two weeks.

Introduce the chanichim to Bnei Akiva – what the tnua is, what it stands for, etc.

1.The Chanich will recognize the Tnuah (Movement) for its history and its function today.

2.The Chanich will Recognize the Tnuah’s values and will understand the meaning of the Semel and the Sisma (slogan)

3.The Chanich will understand and recognize the important meaning and function that we have and will feel he belongs to something.

That the chanichim will understand the importance of mifkad, and will show respect for it.  In particular, that the chanichim understand that we should especially be respectful during Hatikva, the himnon of Medinat Yisrael.

Inform chanachim about mifkad to give them more understanding of this ritual.

Goal:

To discuss the founding of Bnei Akiva and define the goals of Bnei Akiva as a movement.

To teach the chanichim about global Bnei- Akiva and to show them that each country and each snif may seem different, but underneath the language and culture barriers we all work together for the same goals and ideals… Aliyah, Torah, teamwork.

Aims OF Peula:

·        To learn about the life of Rabbi Akiva

·        To think about what names say about a Person and why we are called Bnei Akiva
