This week, we will talk about how a really important type of gevurah is strength in the face of assimilation.  Through all of Jewish history, we were constantly under the pressure to assimilate and be lost forever.

To teach about the struggles of the Ethiopian Aliya, and a little about Aliya in general.

2. To think about the dispersion of the Jewish people today

3. To consider what linked us together in the past and continues to bind us together today

Teach the chanachim about the history of the jewish people and eretz yisrael.
