Promise

Through the opinion of my eyes which beheld the grief and the emotionally laden cries of my broken heart,

Through the opinion of my feelings of mercy which instructed me to forgive before the days come when forgiveness will come no more,

I promised myself; “Remember it all! Remember! Do not forget a thing!”
