Le pregunto: hija ¿por que estas tan triste? Y ella le contesto que al hacer la compra del aceite se equivoco y compro vinagre. Y ahora ya después de haber prendido las velas se dio cuenta que cometió un error y las velas ¡no van a durar el tiempo necesario! Su padre con toda tranquilidad le respondió: "Aquel que le ordena al aceite que prenda, le ordenará al vinagre que prenda" Y así fue; las velas estuvieron prendidas durante todo Shabat hasta que utilizaron el fuego para prender la vela de Havdalá
