מטרת הפעולה:

-          החניך יכיר את תנועת הנוער ותפקידה.

-          החניך יבין שגם לחניך הקטן יש יכולת השפעה.

Goal:  To examine the processes by which we chose leaders, both officially and on a day-to-day, informal basis.  To evaluate some of the characteristics that we look for in leaders and ways that we discern those traits in others.   

1. To learn about Shavuot through its many names2. To consider the different minhagim (customs) of Shavuot and understand their relevance3. To know the 'story' of Megillat Ruth

This is a very gentle, fun crystallization game that speeds up as it goes.
