מטרת הפעולה:  1) התלמיד יבין כי לכל יצור יש מקום המתאים לו.

                            2) המקום אינו רק גבולות אלא מתאים לאופי ונותן אופי לגרים בו.

                           3) א"י היא מקומו של עמ"י. היא נותנת לו חיים וממנה הוא יונק את כוחו.

Goal:  To examine the processes by which we chose leaders, both officially and on a day-to-day, informal basis.  To evaluate some of the characteristics that we look for in leaders and ways that we discern those traits in others.   

Goals: The chanichim will understand that even though we morn the חורבן, חורבן in itself is the first step of the גאולה.
